What we collect

We collect what you give us when you send a request, ask a question, place an order or pay us:

• your name, phone number, email, and billing and shipping addresses;
• details about what you order, and the artwork and files you send us;
• your messaging choices, including whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when and where you agreed;
• payment details, which are handled by our payment processor (we don't store full card numbers);
• basic technical data when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visited.

How we use it

We use your information to quote, produce and deliver your orders, send quotes, invoices and receipts, keep you updated about your orders, answer your questions, and run our business (records, accounting and legal duties).

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree, Beam and Ink sends text messages about your requests and orders: confirmations, quotes, order updates, invoices, receipts and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages (our messaging platform and the mobile carriers), and only to deliver them.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (business and messaging software, payment processing, email delivery, shipping, hosting), under agreements that limit their use to the work they do for us; and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are our customer and afterwards for as long as we need it for warranty, tax, accounting and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or emails with the unsubscribe link. Stopping messages doesn't cancel any order you placed.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your information was misused.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
